1. Who we are
Gamit (formerly Rancak) is run by Long Lever Digital Sdn Bhd, Malaysia ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@gamit.page.
2. What Gamit does
Gamit helps small businesses build a one-page website from their own answers, photos and documents. An AI assistant asks questions, writes suggested wording from your answers and checks it. You see every word before you publish, and you can change or undo it.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or over, and allowed to act for the business you add.
4. Your content is true
You promise that everything you give us is true and yours to use, including photos, prices, reviews, certificates and registration numbers. Reviews must be real customers' words. We may refuse, hide or remove anything we believe is untrue, misleading or unlawful.
"Halal" is shown only with a valid JAKIM certificate number.
Clinics, health products, lawyers, financial and insurance services, property agents, and tuition or childcare show facts only (services, prices, hours, location) until you upload a document that supports any claim, and we have checked it.
Words like "best", "No. 1", "cheapest", "guaranteed" and "cure" are not shown, because they can't be proved.
Your home address is never shown. We show a street address only for a place customers visit.
5. Price
Publishing your website on yourname.gamit.page is free. No card is needed. The WhatsApp button, the contact form and the counting of enquiries are free too.
An enquiry is one question a customer types after tapping your WhatsApp button, or one message from your contact form. A WhatsApp question counts when the customer sends it from your website, which then opens WhatsApp with it; we can't see whether they press send inside WhatsApp. Each person counts once a day. Until the 7th of the next month you can mark any that weren't real (including a question that never reached you), and those are never billed. Your own and search engines don't count.
Enquiries are paid for with a monthly results fee. It is not a subscription. Each calendar month (Malaysia time) costs what the table says for the enquiries counted in it: 0 to 7, free; 8 to 19, RM39; 20 to 49, RM75; 50 to 99, RM135; 100 or more, RM199. RM199 is the most a month can cost. A month with 7 or fewer, after anything you mark, is not billed.
Each month is billed after it ends, never during it. On the 1st of the next month we send you the list of enquiries and the amount. You can see every enquiry in My websites at any time, and mark any that wasn't a real enquiry: it then stops counting. You can do this until the 7th of the next month. After that, the month's count is fixed, and once card billing starts, the card will be charged on the 8th. We keep marked contacts, without counting them, to improve how we count.
October 2026 is free for everyone. We are not charging anyone yet: the first possible charge is on 8 December 2026, for November 2026. Before your first charge, we will ask for your card and your agreement. You authorise monthly card charges of up to RM199, worked out from the table. We send the list of enquiries and the amount on the 1st, 7 days before each charge on the 8th. You can mark contacts or stop future charges.
If a month's fee isn't paid, the extra tools we add later pause. Your website stays live, with its WhatsApp button and contact form.
Your own domain name (for example .com.my) is optional and charged separately each year, at the price shown before you buy (our cost plus 20%, at least RM15, including SST).
6. Payment and refunds
Card payments, debit cards included, go through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Refunds: if you ask within 7 days of a charge (email hello@gamit.page), we refund it in full. After 7 days, charges are not refunded. A domain name can't be refunded once it is registered.
7. Your content and our wording
You keep ownership of your content. You let us store, resize, show and publish it to run your website and Gamit. Starter photos from Pexels are shown under the Pexels licence until you add your own.
Suggested wording made from your answers is yours to use on your website. You are responsible for checking it before you publish.
8. Not allowed
Illegal goods or services, gambling, adult content, scams, pretending to be another business, or anyone else's photos or reviews without permission.
9. Ending
You can stop any time: email us and we unpublish or delete your website. No new monthly results fees start after that; a fee for an earlier month that is already due still needs to be paid. We may suspend a website that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
10. Changes
We tell you by email at least 30 days before any change to our prices, and at least 14 days before any other important change to these terms.
